       The crisis involving MAGGI noodles in India was so bad that several case studies  have been made on it.  It nearly threatened the existence of Nestle India as Maggi sales contributed to over 25 company's India unit.   

Nestle is the World's largest foodstuff company.   It was issued in the quality of the products , it was 60 per cent of food portfolio,  'Unhealthy'  company on firefighting.

In an International document Nestle, acknowledged that more than 60 percent of it's mainstream foods and drinks do not meet a recognized definition of health.  Nestle is now on a damage control mode after a report started over 60 percent  of it's food portfolio is unhealthy.  The company said that it is updating it's nutrition and health strategy .
